I don't have the camera yet, but I went to download the app and got a Google security warning. Nope, not buying one. Insta360, same thing. Gopro are unreliable, so the search is on.

The Snoopy/Woodstock car was very fun! My kids love the Peanuts comics and cartoons. That pasty did look good. I think I'd prefer it with more meat though potatoes are always good. I have no clue what movie you showed but I'm going to guess American Grafitti.

Fun video. My High School girlfriend had an EL Camino SS that her dad built for her. Super fast. Need a campground recommendation. Traveling to Copper Harbor from Milwaukee. Need an overnight car camping spot in the mid point, low budget but nice. Thanks

After watching your video , my van over heated. Thinking it was my radiator. I’ve got 02 dodge 3500. Had to replace water pump. parts w labor nearly $700. Parts and labor have skyrocketed. Along with everything else. Hope I never have to replace radiator. These old vans have keep up. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Happy broke camping. 😬Cheers 🍻

These sites are beautiful. I love camping grounds that are wooded --for the shade and privacy. Also, I go camping so I can feel like I am out in nature. I don't want to feel like I'm pitching a tent in the middle of your neighbourhood playground. We tent so I do feel like a shower house is a must. I can get quite grubby while camping but if we're there for a week I need to shower at least once or twice. I went camping during covid when the shower houses were closed and swimming in the lake wasn't cutting it after awhile so my sister and I washed our hair in the big bowl we use for dishes. I grew up with vault toilets while camping so I don't mind them, but I have found that the flushing toilets usually attached to shower houses does make it easier when you're camping with small children. We don't camp very often. My oldest is autistic and when he was younger he would have just tried running away the entire time. We already hated taking him to our friends' farms. He still tries to sleepwalk his way out of tents so we have to zip-tie the zipper and block the tabs with our bags. He got out our first time camping but thankfully tripped on the tent cable so he woke up and started crying which woke us up. Scared us silly that he got that far without us waking up.

I am very curious about the pasties. I am in the midst of getting tested for celiacs (first round say yes) and I did find a place along our route to Marquette that makes celiac-safe gluten-free pasties but I'm still unsure. I was looking at the Google-user photos from that site and I think I would like them more if they had more meat. I like potatoes but this particular place includes turnips (which I hate) in their basic recipe. I get traveller's anxiety and lose my appetite so I like foods that are 'safe' and I know I like. We are planning on picnic-ing as much as possible but it would be hard to go to the U.P and not get a pastie. I think our route takes us through Munising. We're taking the 77 down to the 2 so we can stop at the Garlyn Zoo. We're only passing through so we can't really take the time to truly enjoy the area. And it's a little too far away to go specifically for camping so no worries about us crowding out the sites. ;)

Never ever use any kind of soap in the water. There is no such thing as "biodegradable soap" that can go directly in water. All "biodegradable soap" just be used at least 100 feet from any water source.

I wish you would have shown how to connect the wires with the new one. If I turn off my battery switch is that good enough during replacement. I saw one video where he showed the wiring process and now I can't find it again.

We are going U.P. to camp in a couple weeks. We go fishing at a small campground and boat launch on the Manistique river on River Rd 436. We bought property because of trash at our favorite campgrounds. Kneff Lake outside Grayling is one we love. The lake is cold and deep. No motorcycles thou. For those moto campers out there. Lot of little campgrounds on Fox river of Adam's Trail if your into fishing. There is a drive in Manistique that has gluten free options we are wanting to try.

I love that park. We go and take showers there and swim while U.P. at camp.

The Dog Patch is great for breakfast and burgers.

I've done my annual shakedown, I really need to get going and start doing some trips.
